工作描述
1.Responsible for the overall management of the whole Concierge department and the daily operation of the lobby.
负责对整个礼宾部的全面管理以及大堂日常运营。
2.Assist the concierge and front office manager to plan and implement plans to improve guest satisfaction and increase fleet revenue.
协助礼宾司与前厅经理策划提升宾客满意度以及增加车队收入等方案并合理安排实施。
3.Arrange the shift of department staff and conduct business training for department staff.
安排部门人员班次,对部门员工进行业务培训。
4.Finish other work assigned by front office manager.
完成前厅部经理交代的其他工作。
5.Communicate with guests and establish good relationship.
与客人沟通建立良好关系。
6.Check the working condition of the staff on duty to ensure that the guests are satisfied with the service.
